<aside> ⚠️

WARNING Just because earlier released entries are based on a source material, does not mean all subsequently released entries are.

Example: The movie Sword Art Online Movie: Ordinal Scale is a direct sequel to Sword Art Online II and a direct prequel to Sword Art Online: Alicization however, it is not based on any portion of the Light Novel series.

<aside> ⚠️ WARNING At times an earlier released work may refer to a later released work as the source. This may happen with a manga releasing months before an anime as promotion for the anime. The manga should have the anime listed as the source.

Example: The movie Summer Wars was released on August 1st, 2009 but its manga was released on July 4th, 2009.
